  • Families: apartments.
  • Couples: a hotel with a pool, or a luxury splurge.
  • No car: all hotels are on the free resort shuttle loop.

Booking tips

  • Book months ahead for May–September and school holidays.
  • Check whether breakfast is included; dining options are limited and mostly at the resort.
  • The town square has a supermarket, cafes and a post office.

What to expect from prices

Accommodation at Yulara is generally more expensive than in comparable regional towns because of the remote location and limited supply. Prices are highest in the cooler months. Compare room types carefully, and remember that cheaper options may have shared bathrooms.

Location within Yulara

Yulara is small enough that location matters less than in a big town. The campground is closest to the Naninga lookout; hotels nearer the town square are handy for supermarket and dining access. The free shuttle links everything.
